No Return/No Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Replacement Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- Proper unboxing video (if available)
- Order details
Once we review and verify the issue, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for replacement.
6 Month Anti-Yellowing Replacement (For Transparent Covers Only)
We offer a 6 month replacement warranty if your transparent cover turns yellow under normal usage conditions.
Please note:
- The cover must not be physically damaged, cracked, scratched, burnt, or tampered with.
- Yellowing due to excessive heat, chemicals, or improper use is not covered.
- Final eligibility will be determined after product inspection.
